We are seeking a highly motivated and Product Officer to join our remote team. Working closely with our CEO and a team of talented marketers/business developers, you would in-charge of launching and improving our training products/programs for the south east Asian market. APEX Global has a positive, diverse, and supportive culture—we look for people who are curious, inventive, self-motivated and have an appetite to learn.

As the Product Officer for APEX Global, you’ll be responsible for the following duties:

- Create and maintain product plan
- It includes details like course catalog coverage, target audience, competition analysis, revenue estimates, build vs. partner, go-to-market strategy, product positioning and messaging for the courses and the category.
- Create and own the Point of View (POV) of the product lines assigned. The POV is the market, trend analysis and revenue projection
- Understand and research on Corporate Training Industry, gather competitive insights, develop collaterals to be consumed by sales and marketing teams
- Plan the launch of new training programs, improve current training programs
- Partner with certifying bodies, universities to add credibility to the APEX Global brand
- Work with the sales and customer success to help close deals and retain the customer by leading them to a learning roadmap
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Prior background in product development for Training industry.
- Familiarity with product research & market research frameworks & tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to research & connect with various industry players
- Ability to predict market trend & position products to address the trend.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective communication skills.
- Keen learner of training industry who is creative and able to think on their feet.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
