**Job Title: Sales Officer - Chennai (south - north-central)**

**Location: Chennai City (all) - on company's payroll**
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**-**Area Knowledge**:
Must have strong knowledge of the assigned territory, including routes, market trends, and competitor activity.

**-**Distributor Appointment & Management**:
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors in assigned areas. Ensure smooth operations, regular stock availability, and relationship management.

**-**Primary & Secondary Sales**:
Track and achieve both primary (from company to distributor) and secondary (from distributor to retailer) sales targets.

**-**Weekly Closing Stock Monitoring**:
Conduct weekly closing stock checks at distributor points to ensure accurate inventory tracking and avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

**-**Enhancing Productivity Calls**:
Increase daily productive calls and improve outlet coverage to maximize sales output and efficiency.

**-**New Outlet Creation**:
Continuously identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand market reach and penetration.

**-**Merchandising Activities**:
Ensure brand visibility through proper placement of POS materials, in-store branding, and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
- **Required Skills & Qualifications**:_
- Minimum **4 - 5** years of sales experience in **FMCG, retail, or relevant sectors**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with distributors and retail outlets.
- Proficiency in sales reporting and basic computer usage (Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and handle field responsibilities.
- Must be able to create his own network to build a team of promoters & Sales Executives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
