**Job Type**:IN OFFICE, **Full-time**

**Shift timing**:2:00 pm to 11:00 pm (**No drop available**) / 5:30 pm to 2:30 pm (**Drop available**)

**Working Days**: Monday to Friday **(5 Days)**

**Week Off**:Saturday & Sunday **(Fixed off)**

**Salary**:15K - 20K (based on current salary, experience and interview performance)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Test Planning and Design**:

- Analyze requirements and technical specifications to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Design and document detailed test scenarios, test scripts, and test data.
- **Test Execution**:

- Execute manual test cases and report defects, issues, and improvements.
- Perform various types of testing such as functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- **Defect Management**:

- Log and track defects in a defect management tool.
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Document test results and create detailed test reports.
- Provide regular updates on test progress, issues, and risks to the QA Lead/Manager.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in team meetings to discuss testing strategies and improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and tools for manual testing.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in manual testing.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Familiarity with different software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.
- Good understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Must-Haves**:

- Experience with automated testing tools and scripts.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS and JS).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
