**About the team**: Paytm Transit team, our aim is make transit digital by enabling NCMC and mobile ticketing.

**About the role**: Would require you to manage the clients by addressing the queries and concerns raised. Collaborate with internal teams to define the processes as per clients expectations.

**Expectations/ Requirements**:
1. Handle the end to end operations

2.Manage all process flows agreed with clients/merchants

3. Interact with clients/merchants to fulfil their requirements

4. Interact with internal team members to enhance the process

5. Interact with internal team members to automate the product flow to serve better

6. Responsible for resolving the issues escalated within agreed TAT

7. Enable and encourage use of common services to increase the speed of development and execution

8. Smart thinking and clear communication

**Educational Qualifications**: Any Graduate.
