**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and interactions in CRM software.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer objections and negotiate to close deals.
- Stay updated on product/service offerings, market trends, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Pay: ₹10,312.45 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
