**Job Title**: 3D Architect/Modeler

**Experience**: 2 to 6 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling & Rendering**:

- Create high-quality 3D models of architectural elements (buildings, interiors, landscapes).
- Generate realistic renderings and walkthroughs to visualize the final design.
- Develop detailed and accurate architectural drawings from 3D models.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with architects and engineers to interpret 2D plans into 3D models.
- Coordinate with other departments (interior design, MEP, structural) to ensure alignment of design goals.
- Present 3D models and visualizations to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into revisions.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Expert in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar tools.
- Proficient in rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production.
- **Design Development**:

- Translate conceptual designs into detailed 3D models.
- Analyze and resolve technical design challenges during the modeling phase.
- Ensure models adhere to architectural standards, codes, and regulations.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Create and maintain detailed records of all models, renders, and revisions.
- Prepare and update architectural documentation, such as drawings and presentations.
- **Quality Control**:

- Perform quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent.
- Ensure that all visual outputs are of a high standard and delivered within project timelines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2-6 years of experience in 3D architectural modeling and visualization.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, etc.).
- Strong experience in rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.).
- Familiarity with post-production tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
