**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed, optimized, and visually appealing 3D models for characters, environments, and props using Blender 3D.
- Develop animations and rigging setups for use in interactive and non-interactive environments.
- Optimize 3D assets for real-time performance, ensuring smooth integration with Unity.
- Collaborate with the Unity development team to ensure seamless integration of 3D models into the engine.
- Execute video rendering tasks to produce high-quality outputs for presentations and other media.
- Work closely with the design, development, and animation teams to ensure all assets meet project requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in 3D modeling, animation, and Unity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D modeling, rigging, and rendering.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in 3D modeling.
- Proficiency in Blender 3D and Unity, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Expertise in animation, rigging, texturing, pivoting, and 3D optimization.
- Experience in lighting and video rendering to achieve desired visual effects.
- Strong understanding of Unity’s asset pipeline and integration process.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with other 3D software and tools is a plus.
