- Work closely with the finance team on process improvements and automation.
- Assist in financial due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, and investment analysis, if required.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, ERP systems, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- CA qualification is mandatory.
- Experience in manufacturing, IT is a plus.
- Prior experience in handling audits and tax compliance is preferred.

**Salary**: Competitive and as per industry standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,201.22 per month
