Job Title: Accounts Associate

Location - Gurgaon, sec 20, phase 3

Job Overview:
As an Accounts Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting and financial activities within

the company. You will support the accounting team by handling data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining financial

records. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in accounting who are eager to

develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and maintain up-to-date records of

transactions.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling accounts by comparing and verifying financial data and

resolving discrepancies.
- Invoice Processing: Help with the preparation, verification, and processing of invoices and payments.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain financial documents, including receipts, invoices, and

statements.
- Assistance: Provide general support to senior accountants and other finance team members as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure that all financial transactions comply with company policies and regulatory

requirements.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus (e.g., Tally).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Attributes:

- Internship Experience: Any prior internship or practical experience in accounting or finance is advantageous.
