University Relations Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated University Relationship Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with universities and colleges, as well as managing projects that facilitate the integration of UptoSkills' training programs into academic curricula.

Key Responsibilities: University Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with university administrators, faculty, and career services departments.

Identify opportunities for collaboration with universities and educational institutions.

Conduct presentations and workshops to promote UptoSkills' programs and services.

Serve as the primary point of contact for universities, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to university partnerships and program implementation.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of trainings, internships and placements programs and resources.

Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.

Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Marketing & Outreach:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote UptoSkills' offerings to universities.

Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and other promotional events.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials tailored to university audiences.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect and analyze data on program effectiveness and student outcomes.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve program delivery and impact.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any Stream.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in relationship management, project management, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of the higher education landscape and university operations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal

skills. Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management tools.

**Salary**: 12000-15,000/- per month

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
