**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Shift**: 24/7, Majority Night Shift as per US hours / 5 Days working

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about our electric vehicle products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Continuously update knowledge of electric vehicle industry trends and company products.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in B2 or C1 US English, both verbal and written.
- Typing speed: 35 WPM, 90% accuracy.
- Graduation degree preferred.
- Experience in BPO, particularly in an international process, is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
