**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through various communication channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services to provide informed assistance.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions using CRM tools.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive attitude toward customers at all times.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven customer support experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
