**Content and Social Media Executiv**

**Job Brief**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation: Shoot and edit Videos, **Develop original, compelling, and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to images, graphics, videos, GIFs, and written copy.
- **Social Media Management**:Manage and curate social media accounts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and style across all channels. Plan and execute content calendars to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- **Trend Analysis**:Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to implement fresh ideas and strategies to engage the target audience effectively.
- **Brand Storytelling**:Tell the brand's story through creative and innovative means, aligning with the overall brand message and identity.
- **Community Engagement**:Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster a positive and interactive relationship with followers.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:Monitor social media analytics to track the performance of content, campaigns, and overall social media efforts. Use insights to optimize content strategies and improve reach and engagement.
- **Collaborations and Campaigns**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and achieve marketing objectives.
- **Content Ideation**:Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand's objectives.
- **Content Repurposing**:Adapt and repurpose existing content for different social media platforms while ensuring it remains engaging and relevant.
- **Social Media Advertising**:Assist in the creation and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing ad performance to achieve desired outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Hands on experience on Adobe creative suite
- Handson experience in shooting and editing social media video content
- Photoshop
- Premium Pro experience
- Wordpress experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator and Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content.
- Proficient in using various social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Excellent copywriting and visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform content strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the online community effectively.
- Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and audience preferences.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
