**Quality Lab Executive - Your future position?**

**In this role -**As a Quality Lab Executive you will be responsible for ensuring all Raw Materials & flavors confirm to stipulated global Quality specifications & norms. You will be based at our T&W Operations site in Pune
- Ranjangaon and report to the Quality Lab Manager.

- Conduct sensory analysis (odour and taste) and chemical testing of all incoming raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with established standards, and process clearances in the SAP system accordingly.
- Evaluate packaging materials to ensure they meet standard specifications.
- Assess additional quality parameters for finished products to meet customer specifications and requirements.
- Address customer complaints efficiently and conduct root cause analysis (RCA), while also implementing corrective measures. Additionally, assist in the investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) issues, deviations, and other non-conformities.
- Collaborate with the Creation Team to evaluate raw materials and finished products for standardization purposes.
- Organize panel evaluations as needed.
- Engage in discussions with QC Managers regarding any deviations from standards and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards within the QC Department as per guidelines and maintain records using relevant IT software.
- Comply with Information Technology and Safety/Security regulations related to the Quality Control Department.
- Preferred knowledge of instrumental analysis techniques such as GC, HPLC, auto titrators, Karl-Fischer, and other industry-standard instruments & ensure timely calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory instruments.

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Master’s degree in Science with Chemistry as Major
- Should able to read and write English
- Fluency in English and Local Language is preferable
- Knowledge of computer systems, data entry skills required.
- Exposure to quality analysis systems / processes is useful
- MS Excel; MS Word; Knowledge of ERP system SAP preferred
- Relevant / Similar work experience of 5 - 7 years
