**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct laboratory tests to analyze chemical compounds or materials.
- Develop and improve formulations, products, or manufacturing processes.
- Interpret and record data from experimental work and prepare technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Operate and maintain standard laboratory equipment (e.g., LECO, spectrometers).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering.
- Maintain accurate documentation of lab procedures and findings.
- Assist in the development of new testing methods or protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a laboratory or industrial setting (entry-level options also available).
- Strong understanding of chemical processes, safety protocols, and lab equipment.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques like HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, ICP-OESetc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in lab software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
