Customer Sales Representative

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them in finding products, and provide information about products and promotions. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
Sales and Promotion: Actively engage with customers to promote products and encourage sales. Utilize sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue. Create attractive displays and participate in promotional events to increase product visibility.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the supermarket's product range. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and features to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Stock Management: Monitor product levels on shelves and inform the store manager about stock shortages or overstock situations. Participate in stock replenishment and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
Cash Handling: Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling transactions and providing customers with correct change and receipts.
Merchandising: Ensure products are displayed neatly and prominently, following the supermarket's merchandising guidelines.
Sales Reporting: Maintain sales records and submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports to the store manager or relevant authority.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with regular customers, offering personalized service and attending to their specific needs.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other supermarket staff, such as stock clerks and cashiers, to ensure smooth store operations and provide excellent customer service.
