**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Summary**:
The Packaging Technician is responsible for the efficient and accurate packaging of pharmaceutical products in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role ensures that products are packaged correctly, maintaining quality and compliance throughout the process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Packaging Operations**: Operate and maintain packaging machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient packaging processes. Perform routine checks to ensure that machines are operating correctly and address any issues promptly.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect and verify the quality of packaged products, including label accuracy, correct packaging materials, and adherence to specifications. Perform in-process checks and report any discrepancies.
- **Documentation**: Accurately complete and maintain packaging records, including batch records, production logs, and quality control documentation. Ensure that all documentation is compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. Ensure that packaging processes comply with FDA regulations and other relevant industry standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage packaging materials and supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary. Work closely with the inventory team to ensure availability of required materials.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to packaging equipment or processes. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment malfunctions and improve processes.
- **Training**: Assist in training new packaging staff and provide ongoing support to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall packaging quality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate
- **Experience**: 0 to 2 or Fresher also welcome
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating packaging machinery and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA regulations, and other industry standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and move materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

**Work Environment**:

- **Conditions**: The role may involve working in a controlled environment with temperature and humidity controls. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
- **Schedule**: Must be available to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as needed.
