Sitara Foods is looking for a reliable and efficient Local Delivery Boy to join our team. The delivery boy will be responsible for safely and promptly delivering our products, including food items like pickles, spice powders, and Indian snacks, to customers within the local area. This role requires good customer service skills, punctuality, and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Pickup and Delivery**: Pick up packaged products from the Sitara Foods warehouse or store and deliver them to customers at their specified locations.
- **Route Planning**: Efficiently plan delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries while optimizing travel time.
- **Product Handling**: Handle products carefully to maintain quality during transit.
- **Customer Interaction**: Provide friendly and professional service, address any delivery-related questions, and obtain proof of delivery.
- **Payment Collection** (if required): Collect cash or digital payments from customers and provide receipts as necessary.
- **Reporting and Record-Keeping**: Keep records of deliveries and report any issues encountered on the route, such as traffic delays or customer feedback.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Personal Bike**: Mandatory. Must own a personal bike, as this is required for completing deliveries.
- **Fuel Reimbursement**: Fuel expenses will be reimbursed on a per-kilometer basis.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in delivery is preferred but not required.
- **Driver’s License**: Valid driver’s license for two-wheeler.
- **Knowledge of Local Area**: Familiarity with local roads, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.
- **Smartphone Proficiency**: Ability to use navigation apps and communicate through a smartphone.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to lift and carry packages of up to [mention specific weight, e.g., 10 kg].
