**Job Title: Trial and Delivery Specialist**

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Job Summary**: The Trial and Delivery Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and executing trial deliveries of our products to clients, ensuring they receive a seamless experience. This role involves liaising with clients, managing logistics, and providing support during the trial phase to gather feedback and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate trial delivery schedules and logistics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Communicate with clients to explain product features and gather feedback during the trial period.
- Monitor and resolve any issues related to trial deliveries or client experiences.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and product teams to ensure alignment and address client needs.
- Document client feedback and report on trial delivery outcomes.
- Assist in training clients on product usage as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of trial deliveries and customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or trial management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in [relevant software/tools, e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office].

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
