**Position - Compliance Officer / Dy. Registrar**

Ensure compliances with all Statutory and Regulatory Authorities such as:

- 1. Department of Higher Education
- Seeking approval to run new courses, Appointment of Chancellor and its renewal from time to time, approval of appointment of Vice Chancellor, Seeking amendment in Statutes, Ordinances of the University, submitting annual return, renewal of endowment fund, submission of admission, fee concession and scholarship details on Private University portal from time to time and timely sending reply to any official correspondence

2. University Grant Commission
- Seeking approval of12B, timely implementation/ and sending reply of any notification.

3.Bar Council of India

4.Pharmacy Council of India
- Seeking affiliation to run PCI courses, coordination inspection, enrolment of students on Haryana State Technical Education Society at the time of new admission, seeking admission from HSTES portal as per the university admission policy.

5. NCTE- Seeking approval from the council for running the teacher education degree program, annual online submission of Performance Appraisal report, maintainence and renewal of FDR/ Endowment fund of Rs.5 lakh and 7 lakh each.

6. Council of Architecture
- Seeking extension of affiliation approval, submission of the annual fee, enrolment of first year B.Arch. students on portal.

7. Department of Medical Education and Research
- seeking approval for any kind of medical allied program if required.

8. Physiotherapy Council of India
- Seeking extension of affiliation approval, submission of fee annually.

9. AISHE- Yearly submission of students, teachers, placement and financial information on this MHRD portal.

10. NIRF (NBA)
- Yearly participation in this ranking and filling the information on portal for discipline specific category and overall category.

11. India Council of Agriculture Research
- Seeking accreditation from this council for running the agriculture courses. This accreditation is desirable and not mandatory. or any other regulatory authority of the University in a comprehensive manner.
- Conduct official correspondence and liaison in terms of holding timely meetings related to Governing Body, Board of Management, Finance Committee and Academic Council with government representative, members of committee or any other regulatory agencies.
- Secretarial role of various committees including those that are statutory like the Governing Body, Board of Management meetings and maintenance of minutes.
- Manage compliance and disciplinary functions at the University.
- Provide advisory support on financial audit, accounts, and budget;
- Seeking legal approval from the legal department for any academic/ administrative collaboration.
- Negotiate purchase of equipment's/ new collaborative on behalf of the University.
- Coordinate and facilitate external visits to the University as well as organization of University events like Orientation, Convocation etc.
- Problem solving and resolution of day-to-day issues faced by and for the University.
- Provide support to the Vice Chancellor, as a member of the senior leadership team, on all aspects of governance of the University as required; and
- Any other role assigned by the Vice Chancellor or the Management.
