**Qualifications**:

- **Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role for at least 1 year.**:

- **Graduation is Mandatory (10+ three years of diploma can also apply).**:

- **Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.**:

- **Understanding of how CRM systems work.**:

- **Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Multi-tasking abilities.**:

- **Patience when handling tough cases.**:

- **Languages
- English.**

**Skills Required**:

- **Freshers with strong customer focus.**:

- **Basic knowledge of computers
- MS Office**:

- **Self-motivated and a good team player**:

- **Should be flexible for Rotational day shifts.**:

- **Flexible to work in any shifts round the clock /6 days.**:

- **Any customer service experience/ BPO experience.**

**Shift Rotational 6 days of working1 day rotational week off.**

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara - 391760, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
