- **Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.**:

- **Understanding of how CRM systems work.**:

- **Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Multi-tasking abilities.**:

- **Patience when handling tough cases.**:

- **Languages-English.**

**Skills Required**:

- **Freshers with strong customer focus.**:

- **Basic knowledge of computers
- MS Office.**:

- **Self-motivated and a good team player.**:

- **Should be flexible for Rotational day shifts.**:

- **Flexible to work in any shifts round the clock /6 days.**:

- **Any customer service experience/BPO experience.**

**Shift Rotational 6 days of working1 day rotational week off.**

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
