**Your responsibilities and tasks**:

- implement all controlling activities and reports for production manager, supply chain manager and Stakeholders (Div/BU)
- Plan, coordinate and steer on production activates to meet business demand, financial objectives and operational KPI achievement.
- Closely working with mangers to plan and manage the production tasks and to improve the tasks achievement.
- Support supply chain manager to develop the inventory control techniques to avoid shortages and excesses and to define the steering process and to analyze the increase.
- Scandalize the product cost calculation and transfer price concept, control production costs and maintain the quality standards.
- Identify weaknesses in our controls and processes and take ownership of the issues by proposing and implementing solutions.
- Define the process of budget/forecast/MTP and outlook, ensure the quality of the integrated planning system.
- Act as anchor between Finance and Global Production, ensure the transparency on finance reports to production manager.
- Implement all required production controlling reports timely with good quality, provide the performance data and analytics for decision-making.

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- Internal customers: local management team, head of global production controlling, GCC finance and Stakeholders of Division and Business Unit.
- Convince and influence others within the organization to interests exist to accept new concepts practices and approaches.
- University, Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting or Business Administration (or similar discipline in India).
- Mastery of finance including controlling knowledge regarding the integration of theory and principles with organizational and operational practices.
- Demonstrated experience in a controlling and/or varying accounting roles in MNC more than 8 years.
- Familiar with production process and strong financial analysis skills.
- English (proficiency)
- Practiced and skilled on office software especially for EXCEL, PPT and POWER BI.
- Ability to manage stressed tasks and projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and promises.
- Interpersonal skills and use to work in Matrix working environment with more international working mode.
- Familiar with SAP (not limited for FI, CO, MM and PS) and SAP HANA4.
