We are seeking a skilled financial accountant to maintain our financial records and ensure compliance with accounting regulations at Hein+Fricke. Accountants can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines and provide transparent and complete reports to management. He/She should have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills.

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Roles & Responsibilities**:Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries ** Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities **Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable ** Create periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc. with the above information included **Maintain invoice payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and manage vendor contracts ** Analyze data and present the reports, budgets, financial statements and business plans in order to determine the state of the company’s financial health **Analyze data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue ** Examine the proficiency of the software programs used to organize data **Generate financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity and cash flow ** Compute taxes and prepare tax returns **Check the statutory compliance ** Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts **Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary**

Personal Competencies: - Knowledge of Indian accounting practices and taxation laws - Understanding of mathematics, accounting and financial processes - Experience with general ledger functions - Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Odoo or Zoho would be an advantage - Should have strong analytical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills - High level of accuracy, efficiency, honesty and responsibility

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
