Review system logs and find potential issues Employ creative and technical problem-solving techniques while installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows systems and servers Resolve the majority of complex configuration problems by troubleshooting. Deep technical problem isolation and resolution capability Strict adherence to the use of the ticketing system for ALL incidents, changes and problems. Ability to correlate incident trends into problem management and execute permanent fixes. Timely generation of customer-facing incident reports Execute monthly patch management research, reports, and implementation on system infrastructure. Analyze troubleshooting techniques output, diagnose problems remotely Working experience on cloud technologies (private, hybrid & public clouds) Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, software or configuration related incidents Monitor and ensure high availability of customer"s IT infrastructure Ensuring that the SLAs are met for all incident, problem, request, and change Perform routine patching activities and ensure that all the systems are up to date **Key Skills Required**: Responsible for administration, configuration, troubleshooting and support VMware Virtualisation Infra. Managing vCenter Server, ESXI, VM, Data store, snapshot, cloning, DRS, HA, Templates. VMware vSphere + Citrix Technologies (Citrix Cloud, MCS, PVS, Citrix Policies, Citrix Gateway, StoreFront, Workspace and Director) Proficient with Citrix XenApp version 7.x and higher including administration and management Manage Active Directory / domain for Citrix related systems -Manage and support Citrix Clusters / HA systems Should have the skills to do life cycle operations on VMware products like upgrades, patching (install patches given by Hardware OEM) and migrations Should have good experience with VMware vSphere 6.5 and higher, and other VMware products and platforms. Experience of virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere and Hyper-V. Experience working in ITIL tools like Service Now
