
Hospital Administrator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the overall functioning of the hospital including clinical, nursing, and support departments.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services in maternity, neonatal, pediatric, and gynecological units.
- Plan and implement hospital policies, systems, and procedures in compliance with healthcare standards and government regulations.
- Manage human resources including recruitment, training, appraisal, and staff scheduling in coordination with HR.
- Supervise budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective patient care and service delivery.
- Monitor hospital infrastructure, cleanliness, maintenance, and biomedical equipment functioning.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, insurance companies, and government bodies.
- Handle patient grievances, medico-legal issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead hospital accreditation and quality assurance initiatives (e.g., NABH, ISO).
- Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Promote community outreach, health awareness programs, and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
