Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments.
- Supervise hospital staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure effective patient care delivery.
- Manage hospital supply chains, including procurement, inventory control, and resource management.
- Oversee patient services, ensuring that patient needs are met and that patient complaints are addressed promptly.

Qualifications:

- Experience in healthcare administration or hospital management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hospital management software and healthcare-related technologies.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position with potential on-call responsibilities as needed.
- The role may require some evening and weekend hours, depending on hospital needs.
