**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Erode. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate New Business Leads: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our loan products and services.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our loan products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Language: Fluency in Tamil and English.
