We are seeking an experienced and talented Chinese Chef to join our team. As a Chinese Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting traditional and modern Chinese cuisine to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and develop menus for the restaurant in collaboration with the management team
- Manage food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Chinese cuisine
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Control food and labor costs to meet budgetary requirements
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices
- Continually monitor and evaluate the quality of food products to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a Chinese restaurant as a chef or cook
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and modern Chinese cuisine, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Excellent culinary skills and ability to develop new and creative dishes
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
