Tele Calling Executive

1. Make Outbound Calls: Contact prospective students, parents, and guardians to introduce the school's programs, answer questions, and address concerns.
2. Promote School Programs: Highlight the school's unique features, academic offerings, and extracurricular activities to prospective students and parents.
3. Generate Leads: Identify interested prospects and gather contact information to pass on to the admissions team.
4. Answer Inquiries: Respond to questions and concerns from prospective students, parents, and guardians.
5. Update Records: Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and follow-up activities.
6. Meet Targets: Achieve monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and conversions.
**Skills required for the role.**
1. Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills.
2. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with prospective students, parents, and guardians.
3. Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.
4. Goal-Oriented: Ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.
5. Positive Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
