Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Visionet Systems, you will be responsible for managing and implementing the company’s compensation and benefits programs. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that our employees are fairly compensated and have access to competitive benefits packages. Your main responsibilities will include designing and administering employee benefits programs, evaluating and comparing salary data, and analyzing the effectiveness of our compensation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other workplace perks
- Evaluate and compare salary data to ensure that our compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards
- Analyze the effectiveness of our current compensation plans and make recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure that our compensation and benefits programs are compliant with all relevant regulations and laws
- Provide support and guidance to employees on compensation and benefits-related inquiries

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS and compensation software is a plus
