**Role Overview**:
The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing customer invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and ensuring timely receipt of payments. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills to maintain a healthy cash flow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and issue sales invoices in the ERP system.
- Track outstanding receivables and ensure timely follow-up with customers for payments.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor credit limits and payment terms as per company policies.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for billing accuracy.
- Prepare aging reports and share weekly/monthly of receivables.
- Handle debit/credit notes and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in statutory compliance related to receivables (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Escalate overdue accounts to management and support in recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com).
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Finance / Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST/TDS basics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for payment follow-ups.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

**Key Competencies**:

- Accountability and ownership of receivables.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently.
- Dedication and eagerness to learn new things.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with focus on cash flow management.
- Need knowledge of Indian Accountant.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
