- Handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing client queries
- Managing front desk operations and visitor coordination
- Scheduling appointments and handling office communication
- Maintaining records and updating databases
- Providing support to the sales and real estate teams as needed
- Offering excellent customer service through phone and in-person interactions
- Ensuring smooth office operations and assisting with administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be an immediate joiner
- Age: 20-30 years
