Roles Description:
1. The role requires clear thinking and understanding of complex problems.

2. The IT Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance, improvement, and support of IT

infrastructure at the Head Office, Hub, and Spoke locations of TPSDI.

3. Act as the single point of contact for all IT infrastructure-related support and

requirements.

IT Support and Troubleshooting:
1. Handle and troubleshoot all support inquiries as the single point of contact across all

locations.

2. Coordinate with Corporate IT Teams for issues beyond role scope.

IT Infrastructure Management:
1. Ensure IT Infrastructure hygiene is maintained across locations.

2. Plan and manage Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and downtimes as needed.

Server and Storage Management:
1. Manage Web Servers and File Servers for patching and updates.

User Management and Asset Allocation:
1. Manage user onboarding IT requirements such as ID creation and access allocation.

2. Handle IT asset allocation as per departmental needs and ensure compliance of

allocated/unallocated systems.

Network and Firewall Monitoring:
1. Monitor systems, networks, and firewalls regularly to identify and resolve problems.

System Compliance and Preparation:
2. Prepare systems in accordance with Tata Power SOE guidelines.

Asset Management and Upgradation:
1. Maintain and manage the Asset Inventory.

2. Identify and report necessary system upgrades and inform management about required

actions.

Vendor Coordination and Procurement:
1. Coordinate with vendors for procurement of IT products and services.

2. Handle support coordination for existing IT products and infrastructure.

Collaboration and Reporting:
1. Work closely with various departments and partners for IT support.

2. Ensure timely reporting and communication with management regarding IT issues,

resolutions, and updates.

Key Deliverables:
1. Smooth operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure across all TPSDI locations.

2. Timely resolution of IT support queries and coordination with Corporate IT.

3. Effective management of Asset Inventory, including upgrades and compliance.

4. Regular monitoring and auditing of networks, firewalls, and storage systems.

5. Vendor coordination for procurement and ongoing IT product support.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,360.55 per month
