**Job Opportunity: Full-time Mainframe Support with SQL**

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Provide support 24/7.
- Work on rotational shifts, including morning, evening, night shifts, and weekends.
- Assist in technical support activities for software production processing.
- Detect, diagnose, and report problems.

**What You Bring**:

- 3-6 years of experience in IBM Mainframe technologies.
- Experience in L2 and L3 production support on IBM Mainframes.
- Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
- 1+ year of production support experience in Windows and SQL.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Additional Skills That Would Be a Plus**:

- Good networking knowledge (network layers, TCP/IP).
- Experience in payments and/or banking domain.
- Automation experience.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience in matrix management of resources.
