**Position: Part-Time Physics Teacher**

**Location**: [Aundh ]

**Job Type**: Part-time (4 hours per day)

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction**: Develop and deliver high-quality physics lessons that align with state and national curriculum standards.
- **Laboratory Activities**: Plan and facilitate hands-on laboratory experiments to reinforce theoretical concepts and encourage inquiry-based learning.
- **Assessment**: Design and administer assessments, including quizzes, tests, and lab reports, to measure student understanding and progress.
- **Differentiation**: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with varying learning styles and abilities.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- **Communication**: Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues about student progress, concerns, and achievements.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in physics education.
- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the physics curriculum and instructional materials.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**: Participate in school-wide activities and events, such as science fairs or STEM clubs, to enrich the learning experience for students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- State teaching certification/license (if applicable)
- Prior teaching experience at the high school level preferred
- Strong knowledge of physics principles and concepts
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to students of varying abilities
- Experience with hands-on, inquiry-based learning approaches
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
