**Job Summary**:
As an Operations Executive for a charter flights company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all operational activities related to charter flights. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating flight schedules, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Plan and schedule charter flights based on customer requirements and aircraft availability.

2.Collaborate with flight crews, maintenance teams, and other departments to optimize flight schedules.

3.Monitor flight progress and make real-time adjustments as necessary.

4.Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns.

5.Communicate flight updates, delays, or cancellations to passengers and relevant parties.

6.Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.

7.Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.

8.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to flight operations, including flight logs, crew records, and maintenance reports.

9.Assist in managing the operational budget by tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

10.Optimize resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.

11.Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

12.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in aviation operations, especially in charter flights, is a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in computer software, including flight scheduling and operations management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
