Office Administrator

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations, support staff coordination, and ensure efficient office functioning.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organise office files, records, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to senior management.
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices, tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Maintain and update accounting records using Tally and other relevant software.
- Prepare quotations, pro-forma invoices and basic accounts.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, vendor coordination and other essentials.
- Organise meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate (B.Com preferred).
- Excellent command over English language (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,Powerpoint),Tally, Basic ERP/CRM systems, and other basic office softwares.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
