**Description**:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Claims Coordinator to support the claims department by handling new claim intake and making corrections to existing claims. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of claim data, maintains proper documentation, and acts as a liaison between internal departments and external clients when necessary.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Enter new claim information into the claims management system accurately and promptly.
Review and correct existing claim data based on updates from adjusters, clients, or third-party providers.
Communicate with providers, and internal departments to gather missing or updated claim information.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company-specific data entry standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Support claims adjusters and supervisors with administrative tasks as needed.
Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues that may impact timely claim resolution.
Assist with reporting, tracking, and follow-up on open or corrected claims.
Adhere to confidentiality standards and handle sensitive information appropriately.
**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in fast-paced work environment.
Excellent customer service skills in order to provide quality customer service by appropriately responding and resolving complex situations and problems.
Respond promptly to internal and external customer needs and request for service assistance.
Excellent oral communications skills must speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Listens and gets clarification, responds well to questions, demonstrate group presentation skills, participates in meetings.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
