**Description**:
- The role involves reviewing and registering new claim notifications, ensuring accurate data input along with issuing acknowledgements to the relevant parties as required on the claim.
- The position requires handling various administrative tasks such as dealing with the Compensation Recovery Unit (CRU), reviewing and processing payments strictly in line with instructions and managing the final review and closure of claims through to billing.

**Managing data**
- Transferring information from one database/portal/platform to another.
- Reviewing data for incomplete or inconsistent information
- Entering raw data into a spreadsheet, document or database accurately
- Cleansing data within the CRM system using exception reporting.
- Complete manual policy-checking tasks against various client portals without an automated policy-check process.
**Customer correspondence**

- Reviewing existing claims setting up new claims, and updating claims on internal systems
**Quality Assurance**
- Audit claim files in line with Company and client requirements
- A good understanding of regulatory procedures associated to call taking in the UK. Eg DPA, Consumer Duty and complaints.
- Audit telephony calls and associated file activity in line with Company and client requirements.
- Work as a team to ensure audits are completed to deadlines
**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
- To bring a professional and amiable approach to work
- Love working as a team and appreciating everyone's value and contribution.
- GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in Maths and English is required (needs amending)
- Excellent computer literacy with fast and accurate keyboard skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
