Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) for Recruitment Firm

**Job Description**:
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our recruitment firm, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, and ultimately generate revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- New Business Development:

- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target companies.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their staffing requirements and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Continuously explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our recruitment services.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Market Awareness and Strategy:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and changes in recruitment practices.
- Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations to effectively showcase our services to potential clients.
- Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends for management review.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably within the recruitment industry.
