**Role Overview**

We are hiring for an **International Voice Process** where you will handle customer queries over calls, provide timely resolutions, and ensure excellent service delivery.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound/outbound international calls.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain call records and ensure SLA adherence.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with clear communication.

**Eligibility**
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Voice Process (International preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (no MTI/RTI).
- Education: Graduate / Undergraduate.

**Salary & Benefits**
- ₹30,000 CTC (Based on experience).
- 5.5 days working, rotational shifts & offs.
- Cab facilities: Odd-hour cabs for females, ₹180/day allowance for males.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
