**Job Summary**:
The Designer Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing design projects from concept to completion. This role combines creativity with organizational skills to coordinate between design teams, clients, and other departments to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage design projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to understand project goals, timelines and specifications.
- Track project progress and update relevant parties on status, issues, and changes.
- Assist senior designers in implementing creative concepts and design strategies.
- Provide feedback and guidance to design teams, ensuring designs align with client needs and brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across various projects and media.
- Act as a liaison between designers, clients, and other departments.
- Coordinate design meetings, review sessions, and client feedback sessions.
- Ensure clear and effective communication across teams to avoid misunderstandings and delays.
- Allocate resources (e.g., design tools, software, personnel) as needed to ensure the success of design projects.
- Ensure designers have the necessary support and resources to execute their work efficiently.
- Maintain project files, design drafts, and client communications.
- Track and report project milestones, timelines, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Document design processes and updates for future reference.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Communication, Architect, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in design, project coordination, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
- Review designs for accuracy, quality, and adherence to project specifications before submission or production.
- Ensure design deliverables are within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
