As the Executive Assistant, you won't just be managing a calendar - you'll be the central hub ensuring the Creative Director's vision is flawlessly executed. You'll tackle communication, streamline tasks, delegate like a pro, and conduct research that delivers results. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Optimization**: Transform the Creative Director's calendar into a finely tuned machine, maximizing efficiency and eliminating to-do list clutter.
- **Delegation Dynamo**: Become the go-to for delegating tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- **Follow-Up Ace**: Drive projects forward by proactively following up with team members, vendors, and customers.
- **Research Guru**: Dive into industry trends, competitor analysis, and relevant news, distilling key insights for the Creative Director.
