**Role Overview**:
The **Front Desk Executive** is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role requires a professional and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest & Client Management**:

- Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when necessary.
- Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
- **Reception & Communication**:

- Answer and route incoming calls efficiently.
- Manage appointment scheduling and conference room bookings.
- **Office Administration**:

- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for restocking.
- Assist with administrative support, including data entry, document management, and filing.
- **Coordination & Support**:

- Support HR and admin teams with event coordination, employee onboarding, and other office-related tasks.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with front desk procedures and security policies.
- Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements for company staff when required.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a front office, customer service, or administrative role.
- **Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
- Well-groomed and presentable with a positive attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in handling front desk operations in **corporate offices, coworking spaces, hospitality, or real estate** is a plus.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and office management software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
