Job Description: Customer Service Representative (Graduate Fresher/Experienced)

Location: Gurgaon, India

**Salary**: Up to 25k Inhand plus performance-based incentives

Shift: Day Shift

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Resolve product or service-related problems by clarifying issues, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns and inquiries.

Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, products, and services based on customer feedback.

Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets, contributing to team and individual goals.

**Requirements**:
Graduates or undergraduates (freshers/experienced) are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Empathetic and patient, with a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.

Willingness to work in a day shift schedule.

Proven ability to work in a team environment.

Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not mandatory.
