**About the Role**

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **QA Testing Intern** to join our growing quality assurance team. If you're eager to learn, have a keen eye for detail, and are excited about ensuring top-notch software quality, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Write, review, and execute manual test cases based on product requirements
- Identify, log, and track bugs using issue tracking tools like Jira or Trello
- Perform various types of testing: functional, regression, UI/UX, and exploratory
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product teams
- Document test results, report defects, and provide detailed feedback
- Support the QA team in enhancing testing processes and best practices
- Learn and potentially contribute to automated testing scripts

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of software development and testing life cycle (SDLC/STLC)
- Familiarity with manual testing methodologies and test case design
- Exposure to bug tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or Bugzilla
- Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman (optional but desirable)
- Understanding of databases and SQL basics
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Good communication and team collaboration abilities

**Nice to Have**
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Prior internship, project, or self-initiated experience in QA/testing
- Knowledge of automation testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus
