Job Title: Testing Experts Trainer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Software Testing - both Manual and Automation.

Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, practical labs, and assessments.

Customize training modules based on learners’ skill levels and industry trends.

Evaluate trainees’ performance through assignments, quizzes, and project work.

Guide and mentor learners through hands-on testing scenarios and real-time projects.

Stay updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and frameworks in the QA domain.

Collaborate with the internal team to continuously improve the training delivery and content.

Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Manual Testing and Automation Testing.

Expertise in tools such as Selenium WebDriver, JIRA, TestNG, Postman, SoapUI, etc.

Working knowledge of programming languages like Java or Python.

Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.

Prior experience in teaching/training or mentoring is highly desirable.

Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

Passion for teaching and continuous learning.
