**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Collect feedback from existing and new customers, solve their queries, and communicate the advantages of the product
2. Arrange a demo for new customers/users
3. Track all purchases
4. Make cold calls to give information to the customer about the products
5. Work on dealing with the school teachers and parents
6. Work on individual/group demonstration of product features
7. Work on hand-holding for various product functions
8. Good communication skills in English
9. Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fresher or 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using contemporary communication tools like telephony, video conferencing, text, and chat.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in handling calling profiles will be an added advantage.
- Identify customer needs and concerns, and address them promptly and appropriately.
