**Job Profile**
- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors from middle east region.
- Sourcing products and negotiating the most cost-effective contract and deals.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms and conditions with vendors
- Tracking and monitoring orders, deliveries, and inventory levels
- Reviewing the quality and reliability of purchased products.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for procurement function
- Conducting market research to remain updated about emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Billing/ Invoice preparation on a timely manner.
- Bookkeeping and accounts maintaining.

**Skills Required**:

- IT hardware products knowledge
- 5+ years experience as a purchase & Accounts executive / officer preferably in **GCC countries**:

- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Arabic speaking is an added advantage
- Excellent analytical skills
- Flexibility & Adaptability

Qualification

BTech, BCA, MCA.

Any degree with experience in IT hardware purchase / invoicing also considered.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
